On Par was founded in 2005 with the idea that homes should be built with careful thought and consideration into every detail. That the homes built by On Par Home Builders would have a quality and level of craftsmanship that would separate our homes from many others.

Over the years we have strived to maintain that idea and are continually adapting and revising our methods to achieve that goal. We take great pride in every home we build, building them as though we were building them for ourselves.

Our team will work with you through every step of the construction process and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We don’t build hundreds of houses a year; we build a manageable amount to ensure that each new home and every client receives 100% of our dedication and attention.
